Volunteers

Seahawks swim meets are fun-filled, exciting events that require a lot of parental participation to run.  Please review the options below to learn more about how you can help. Let's make this a great season for our kids! 

*At home meets volunteering is mandatory.  Every Seahawks family (with at least 1 child swimming in a home meet) will be assigned a volunteer duty.  

           Swim Meet Volunteer Options:

• Swimming Official - advance training required, email htseahawks@gmail.com for info.

• Timer - run stop watch to time swimmers while they race.

• Place Judge - watch every race and write down the order of finish.

• Score Keeper - keep the Seahawks team score. 

• Ribbon Writer - label ribbons for Seahawks swimmers.

• Runner - take paperwork from the timers to the score keeper after each race.

• Meet Set Up and Clean Up - help get ready and/or clean up after a meet.

• Concessions Set Up and Clean Up - help get ready and/or clean up concessions. 

• Concessions Seller- sell concession items during a meet.

• Age Group Helper - help our younger swimmers get ready to race.
