What should I bring to Swim Practice?

  • Swim suit (Team Suit not mandatory)
  • Goggles
  • Swim cap
  • Water Bottle
  • Towel
  • Warm Clothing (sweatshirts, sweatpants)
  • Flip Flops
  • (Team Caps will be provided in June)
  • Mesh bag to carry everything

For 11 and Older:

  • Hand Paddles (help increase efficiency, create a more consistent feel for the water, build better mechanics, and improve overall strength and technique.)
  • Swim Pull Buoys (help elevate the body, keeping the hips up and build upper body strength.)
  • Swim Fins (improve the leg strength; the extra propulsions from the kick will increase the yardage during practices.)
