What should I bring to Swim Practice?
What should I bring to Swim Practice?
- Swim suit (Team Suit not mandatory)
- Goggles
- Swim cap
- Water Bottle
- Towel
- Warm Clothing (sweatshirts, sweatpants)
- Flip Flops
- (Team Caps will be provided in June)
- Mesh bag to carry everything
For 11 and Older:
For 11 and Older:
- Hand Paddles (help increase efficiency, create a more consistent feel for the water, build better mechanics, and improve overall strength and technique.)
- Swim Pull Buoys (help elevate the body, keeping the hips up and build upper body strength.)
- Swim Fins (improve the leg strength; the extra propulsions from the kick will increase the yardage during practices.)
